We deliver in 3–5 working days, with care and punctuality. Shipping to Italy has a fixed cost of €4, while for Europe there is a fee of €15. Upon shipment you will receive an email with the link to track each stage.

You have 14 days to request a return, writing to us at emporiosanfelice@gmail.com with the order number and reason. We only accept unused items, complete with tags and original packaging. Return costs are at the customer's expense. The refund is issued after quality control. To change an item, you must place a new order.
